The Art ofRare Scent
Hand-blended in small, numbered batches. Each VELIN fragrance is composed to be worn once and remembered forever.

The Idea
Noir de Minuit began as a single note scrawled at 2am — the smell of a candle burning long after the house had gone quiet. Every VELIN fragrance still starts this way: an image, before it is ever a formula.
The Blend
Eleven-year Assam oud is folded into black amber and smoked cedar, then rested for six weeks so the raw materials can argue, settle, and finally agree with one another.
The Bottle
Each bottle is pressed from weighted glass and fitted with a solid brass collar, heavy enough to feel like an object you keep — not one you use up and discard.
The Batch
We produce in runs of four hundred. Every bottle is numbered by hand on the underside of its base — a small, permanent record of exactly where it stood in the line.
Sourced, Not Synthesized
Every rare material in the VELIN library is traceable to a single estate, a single harvest — the way it should be.
Damask Rose
Isparta, Türkiye
Hand-harvested at dawn before the heat releases the petals' oils. Ten thousand blossoms yield a single gram of absolute.
Assam Oud
Assam, India
Resin-dense agarwood, aged eleven years before distillation. The rarest material in our library, and the soul of Velvet Oud.
Black Amber
Atelier Distillation
Our proprietary accord of labdanum and benzoin, aged in cedar vats until it darkens to near obsidian.
Madagascar Vanilla
Sava Region, Madagascar
Pods cured for eight months and aged further in oak. Deep, smoked, and never cloying.
White Ambrette Musk
Ecuador
Plant-derived musk pressed from ambrette seed — clean, skin-like, and entirely free of animal origin.
Mysore Sandalwood
Karnataka, India
Plantation-grown, never wild-harvested. Creamy, milky, and warm — the quiet backbone of Santal Mystique.
Calabrian Bergamot
Reggio Calabria, Italy
Cold-pressed from the rind within hours of harvest, before the volatile citrus oils have any chance to fade.
Night Jasmine
Egypt, Nile Delta
Blossoms picked by hand after dusk, when the flower's indolic richness is at its most concentrated.
How a VELIN Scent Unfolds
A fragrance is not a single smell but a sequence — three layers that reveal themselves over hours, not seconds. This is the architecture behind every bottle in the collection.
